01 — About
Fifteen-plus years across collections, legal support, and business operations — the throughline is follow-through.
My work has moved through financial services, legal support, customer service, technical support, collections, accounts receivable, remote operations, and independent client project work. Different industries, similar demands: understand what a client or account actually needs, document it accurately, follow up on schedule, and see it through.
That pattern is what I bring into operations and client-support roles now — clear communication, structured follow-up, and ownership of the details that keep a process moving, whether that's a receivables ledger, a case file, or a client project.
02 — Core Capabilities
Outbound communication, repayment discussions, payment arrangements, and account documentation across mortgage, credit card, auto loan, consumer loan, and law-firm receivables.
Direct client communication and intake-related support inside professional-services and legal environments.
Keeping recurring workflows moving and documented — from case files to internal handoffs.
Gathering requirements, tracking revisions, and coordinating changes across a project's full lifecycle.
Structured record-keeping in CRM and case-management systems, built for accuracy over speed.
Full-time remote work supporting U.S. and Canadian accounts across time zones.
Translating between client needs, business goals, and day-to-day execution.
Interpreting feedback and turning it into clear, actionable direction.
Using tools like ChatGPT and Claude to support research, documentation, and revision — with human review and responsibility staying with me throughout.
03 — Workflow Automation
This product concept is designed for small U.S. law firms that lose time copying form submissions, updating records, drafting routine acknowledgements, and remembering follow-ups.
The system handles the repeatable steps and routes uncertain, sensitive, or urgent inquiries to a person. Staff retain control; automation removes the administrative drag.

Product Preview
This preview shows the information the system can screen before any future AI, CRM, or workflow call occurs. The interactive safety check will be activated after its production protection is configured.
The public preview does not collect submissions, send email, create CRM records, or call AI. The protected live demonstration is coming next.
Fields marked * are required.
Do not include confidential, sensitive, or time-critical information. This prototype is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice, and does not create an attorney-client relationship.
This preview form is intentionally inactive.
One reusable operating system, multiple sellable modules: lead response, scheduling and no-show recovery, onboarding and document chase, accounts-receivable follow-up, client communication, and CRM hygiene.
04 — Featured Work
Business Whisperer, Jerry Llewellyn's management consulting firm, already had an existing website. This project involved redesigning and reorganizing how the consulting business and Jerry's services were presented online.
I worked directly with Jerry throughout the project: gathering requirements, understanding his services and positioning, interpreting feedback, and working through multiple revision cycles. The work included organizing the website structure, refining presentation and messaging, coordinating changes, and maintaining the working redesign — plus testing site presentation across browsers and devices and working through usability and readability issues.
Project Scope
My role centered on requirements gathering, website structure, content and messaging organization, iterative website development, client coordination, and pre-launch review. The project is presented based on the work completed and does not claim unverified traffic, SEO, lead-generation, conversion, or revenue results.

Business goals, services, requirements, and feedback.
Visitor journey, page organization, and service presentation.
Working redesign and supporting materials.
Direct collaboration and iterative feedback with Jerry.
Buyer-perspective review, browser/device testing, and final tuning.
The visitor flow was organized around a clear sequence:
Work included evaluating and refining messaging in direct collaboration with Jerry, including:
"The Problem You See Isn't Always the Problem You Have"
"AI Reads Your Data. Jerry Reads Your People."
This was collaborative messaging and positioning work developed with Jerry — not language written independently.
Content was organized around Jerry's core services:
I also worked on the Business Whisperer Master Plan lead magnet — updating its visual presentation, branding, layout, and contact and closing sections, while the core content was retained.
I conducted structured, AI-assisted buyer-perspective reviews of the redesign, using a target-client profile of established businesses roughly in the $5M–$50M range.
Important distinction: these reviews were pre-launch evaluation tools used to stress-test messaging and presentation. They were not real user-testing studies, and they did not produce conversion or traffic data.
